Great customer service. Front staff was very accommodating. I had chosen a room thru the app, however after getting to the room, we realized that the ac unit was next to our room and too loud for our liking. Front staff immediately changed our room for us and made sure we were comfortable. Room was also very clean and organized. Highly recommended.

Expedia listed the property as pet friendly. This was WRONG!!!! Expedia made a terrible mistake and we were left without a place to stay. We took turns sleeping in the car with our dog as it was too late on New Year’s Eve to find another hotel and we had paid for the room here. Expedia owes me a full refund!!!
