I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this property deserves to be shared. I had a fully prepaid, nonrefundable two-night reservation through Expedia. Due to a last-minute change, I was unable to check in on the first night but arrived for the second night expecting the hotel to honor the remainder of my booking. Instead, the front desk clerk on duty, Ryan, informed me that the entire reservation had been marked as a no-show and canceled — even though I had already paid for both nights. He offered no solutions other than insisting I make a new reservation at full price. When I explained that I had already paid, he was dismissive and suggested the situation was my fault for not calling ahead. His tone was condescending, unhelpful, and completely lacking in customer service. What is most frustrating is that at no point during booking was it stated that missing the first night would forfeit the entire stay, nor that the hotel would refuse entry while keeping full payment. I ended up having to find last-minute lodging elsewhere late at night at additional personal cost. I’ve stayed at many Hilton properties and have never experienced this level of inflexibility or unprofessionalism. Travelers should be aware that this hotel may not honor prepaid reservations and the staff may not offer any support when issues arise.

We live somewhat locally, but we had an event that night in Fresno that night so me and my husband stayed the night. We stay at Doubletree most times we visit cities that have them so we already expected a good experience. Very happy with the cleanliness oh the hotel. Great location. We test drove a jaguar that day since the dealership was next door. Overall, a very nice stay and another great experience with Doubletree.
