Fresno High Charmer! This furnished 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom has wonderful coziness to it. Upon entering this detached apartment there is an in-unit washer/ dryer set and living room area. The living room houses a L- shaped couch for easy TV viewing and an exterior door to a private backyard.Upstairs to the left is a recently remodeled kitchen with a full stainless steel refrigerator and stove. The kitchen comes equipped with all your cooking essentials including a way to make your morning coffee. On the other side of the second floor there is a small eating table. There are two bedrooms. The largest room supports a queen size bed, two night stands, TV and a dresser. The smaller room supports a queen size bed, one night stand, a dresser, and a desk. This apartment has ample storage as well.

Keep cool during the hot central valley summer with the new mini-split system. There is the added benefit of having RING doorbell and amazon connectivity making this a smart apartment. The monthly rent includes a furnished home, energy, water/ sewer and internet.

This detached apartment only has the common shared space of the breezeway from the main house.

Please note, one must be comfortable with dogs as there are two medium size dogs (35-40lbs) that share the breezeway to access the yard.
