This could be a great place but it needs a serious update, and cleanup. The bed is very good, though. And there are actual garden areas. Quite nice this time of year. I seems that the staff is doing all it can with what they are given.

This is a clean, no-frills property. We were surprised at how quiet our room was, especially given the proximity to a very busy highway. The grounds are well kept and the "garden" setting is very lovely and well maintained. The breakfast is ok but would have preferred fresh eggs and better breakfast meats.

Property had a lot of potential but it has not been maintained. No conventional TV. Some funky service that had channels that nobody would want to watch. Internet was non existent. Breakfast was terrible, out of all hot items and were not replenished. All that was left was coffee and stale bagels. This place could be wonderful but needs new management.

This is the only time I have ever checked into a hotel and immediately decided to leave. We were traveling with our dog, which may have influenced our room assignment, but the condition of the room was unacceptable. While spacious, it was extremely dirty, with an overwhelming odor and a floor so sticky that my shoes stuck to it as I walked. Additionally, the first two electrical outlets I tried didn’t work. Despite the room having a stove and refrigerator, it was poorly stocked—there was only one cup and no utensils. I addressed my concerns with the manager, who offered to move us to another room. However, given the state of this one, I had little confidence in the overall cleanliness of the hotel and chose to stay elsewhere.

Overall everything was ok I’ve experienced worse I didn’t like our 1st room and was pleasantly placed in a different room which was a little bit better but my comfort level was lower due to the fact that I was able to get the room heaters to warm up our rooms.

Never again!

This hotel looks lovely on the outside and our suite was spacious, but the kitchenette had a stove that did not work, the only coffee was one decaf coffee packet and much in the hotel did not work. We were so cold all day and night, and obviously the suite had a heating problem because there were signs near the thermostats that said "do not turn up past 80°". The thermostat needed a battery which they replaced, but the heat still did not come out of the registers. It seemed more like air conditioning was on. The TV's only got weird non-network channels. The TV remote didn't work that well. The Wi-Fi was terrible and we had to use our own hotspot. When I took a shower in the morning, I went to grab a towel and it had a dirty disgusting blood like stain on it! Thankfully, the other towel looked clean. They had shampoo conditioner, and body wash dispensers in the shower. They were all empty! The breakfast was decent, and the beds were comfortable but I would never stay there again!

Willfully poor service

After check in went out to get some dinner and brought back to room, which had glitter on the carpet from whatever party had been there. An envelope on the desk, so clearly housekeeping did not vacuum or do anything other than linens. Discovered there was no remote for tv. Front desk told me that previous guest had misplaced it. Then told me to turn it on manually and change channels manually. After eating went to front desk, was told no other remote would work, When I requested a partial refund he finally offered to put us in a different room. I declined, as we were settled in and he offered a 10% refund. So he willfully put us in a room that he KNEW had no tv remote. It wasn't until after I requested a partial refund that he offered to put us in different room. Although room was nice I cannot condone such poor service. Cannot recommend for this reason.

Ratngbif this property varira based on the room. The whole property is razred 8.4 and my suite was rated 9.4. My rate would probably be 7.0 considering no heating, ripped curtains, dirty towels, lack of toilet paper and towels, bath fan hanging off the ceiling and mold spots on the ceiling. It is too bad because the look of the property with beautiful citrus fruit is quite opposite from the way this property is managed
