Our room was clean. The staff was polite and attentive. The breakfast was great. They have security at night which was a plus, the security officer was there when we checked-in (Nice man). The cleanliness of our room was better than some Hilton's, Hampton's.

The cleanliness of the rooms here rival newly built hotels. Almost unbelievable that the ratings are so high for such an inexpensive stay, but in my experience, this place earns its high rating. I have stayed here half a dozen times in 2025, and every time, my room has been very clean. That’s a big deal these days. Cleanliness! A courteous, no-nonsense staff member is always at the counter, and there’s a security guard here at night, which keeps any riffraff away from the vehicles, and off of the property. Great job, this is my go-to when visiting my family in nearby Visalia. Worth the 10-minute roll down Highway 99.

We checked in and were given an occupied room which was a little embarrassing when we walked in on the occupants but overall the room was clean and we enjoyed our stay. Didn't get breakfast so not sure how it was.

Very nice clean everything, the shower floor was very slippery did let front desk know. Would stay there again. As with all hotels/ motels etc. I wish they would realize not all of us will want breakfast before 9am. But no complaints.

Hotel was very nice, unfortunately the Bed was not so Comfy... But for a one nighter it did great. Many areas to eat and get drinks on foot. Very accessible.

Staff were very customer service oriented. Room was clean but there was a distinct cleaning product smell upon entering room. Also the area outside of the room/building had an undesirable smell. Breakfast was ok. Did not use the pool.

The room was very nice, and the front desk staff was lovely. Great for our one-night stay. It rained while we were there so we weren't able to use the pool, however, the rain falling from the roof was an absolute waterfall+really noisy.
