I needed the airport shuttle twice during this stay. The first time it took forever. The second time THE DRIVER COULDN'T BE FOUND even though I had reminded them twice. This is really unsatisfactory, especially since I'm an IHG Rewards member.

Room was clean. Bed comfy. Great amenities. Hot water for showers. No coffee in room. Had to go downstairs to lobby. Airport shuttle very timely when requested. Checkin staff very helpful and personable. Would definitely stay here again.
