I wish there was a coffee maker in the room, an easier to work bathroom light (it kept turning off for the person in the shower), hotter water, and oatmeal made of bigger oats that weren't so gloppy. I also wish that my red cooler packed with lunch/dinner for our hiking trip had not been stolen out of the parking lot. Yes my bad for leaving it there, but it would be nice (albeit naive of me to wish) to trust the people around you at a hotel.

Disappointed

Very disappointed by the service here, had an early start to catch a flight to LA but no hot water! I told reception who genuinely didn’t seem to care and said I should’ve let the water run for longer (I left it running for over 10mins) no apology or offer of refund etc. very disappointed considering the cost to stay!
