I found the bed comfortable and bathroom very nice with dual sinks and a secondary sink outside of the bathroom. It was great being with my 3 teenagers always in the bathroom.

Loud party in the room next-door. Took the desk too long to rectify the problem. Otherwise, the hotel was fine. Good workout room. Staff was friendly.

The staff was awesome!! All the staff went above and beyond for our needs. The curtain was missing in the living area. The night crew gave us a spare to hang up until maintenance could come the next day. When maintenance came by the next day (I apologize I did not catch his name) he was professional, kind, and efficient. He even gave the kiddos some Easter eggs after he helped us fix the curtain! The check out process was the only troublesome part. The man working at check out acted as if I was bothering him when asking for a receipt. He is making the other staff/hotel look bad. The room was clean and suited our needs for a 3 day stay! We have stayed here several times before and will come back again.
