No Comfort Included

Upon arrival we were excited with the jacuzzi tub in the bedroom. So we immediately showered and ran the Jacuzzi bathtub. Once we started the jacuzzi tub to run the smoke alarm proceeded to alarm and wake up the hotel and we were advised to open a window and fan the smoke alarm. That's shortened our relaxation and a jacuzzi tub unfortunately. So now it was time for bed. We sat on the edge of the bed and practically fell through the mattress. One side had a sinkhole so soft and uncomfortable that will ultimately ended up sleeping on half of a king size bed which makes it a twin. The pillows felt like pillow cases stuffed with old sheets. I dare not open the pillowcase to see what was inside. There were other issues but I don't want to bash the hotel too much. I have stayed there before but this was my worst experience and possibly my last stay.

They were very rude and unprofessional. Our toilet would not flush and the hot water seemed to not work in the shower, I instantly called and he said he would send someone 10mins or so went by nothing I went to the front desk he than goes oh asked two house cleaner to fix it my Sister said they went in did something and flushed it however my over all experience and how he did not show any compassion for my family and offered a new room I asked what would be the procedure to check out now he said oh you can do that NOW! Your refund will take 3-5 days followed with you need to make a decision quick and fast so I know what to do at that point I said check me out and had to find another hotel during a very busy Saturday just an horrible experience

Horrible Hotel

This was a terrible visit and we research before booking and the reviews did not match. I am disabled and said no long walks my room was far away l, water pressure was terrible the hot tub was cold not heated. The ice machine did not work. Contacted staff multiple time did nothing as well, would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!

Front receptionist was not friendly and he was very short with us. The elevator looked like it was moments away from breaking down. The hallway to the room just felt like a dirty bright hospital. Pictures were definitely deceiving. Plus we could not watch tv without the room light being on because once we turned off the light the tv would turn off. This hotel was giving janky motel vibes

We have stayed at the Springhill suites twice and have enjoyed each visit. I would say five star all around except that there were some stains in the carpet and couch in our room. All of the staff were wonderful and the hot breakfast was very good each morning

Don’t stay. Not worth the price, filthy.

Express check in over charged me. Dirty in rooms, old torn furniture and the chairs in dining looked like someone peed themselves in the chairs. No one answered the phone with multiple times and attempts. Mattress was hard, uncomfortable and filthy.

Chair in my room looked like a dog tore it up and slept there for months.
