Unfreundlichste Rezeption und inkompetente und nahezu freche Managerin, die nicht mit Mängelrügen umgehen kann. Es wurde versucht uns zu betrügen und einen schlechteren Raum alsgebucht zu natürlich gleich hohem Preis anzudrehen. Bei diesbezüglicher Reklamation wurde sofort abweisend und frech reagiert und unser Anliegen nicht ernat genommen. Nie mehr wieder. Achtung vor betrügerischen Downgrades!!!
