My experience at the hotel was very bad. The person at the front desk was not friendly; her attitude was unpleasant, and I felt discriminated against when I asked for a hair dryer, which the room was supposed to have but did not. She told me that the staff would not arrive until 9:00 a.m., but I never received any solution. Additionally, the phone in the room, which I was supposed to use to communicate, did not work because it had no buttons. Her response was that guests steal them and that it was not her problem. I paid for a comfortable stay with basic services, and this was clearly not provided.

we love to stay here when travelling out of FAT. This room however was lacking in electrical outlet availability. The bedside lamps did not have an extra outlet at their base. The only outlet for the left side of bed was under the bed about the middle of the baseboard, impossible to reach unless you wanted to move the bed. The outlet on the right side of bed was about 6 feet away from edge of bed. Very inconvenient if you want to use laptops or electronics while relaxing and watching tv. Otherwise, staff is excellent and the restaurant/bar is always good.

The manager and her messed up attitude, everything else perfect. So of the best staff and just a messed up manager. Hot and cold attitude. I did no wrong to this lady and she’s just a cold hearted person. Just because someone other than myself wanted to change rooms because of the water was not getting hot she had a full blown vendetta. I mean took his service animals away then all rights away. Spent thousands of dollars there for her to be acting like that. Blessing!!

The room was perfect and some of the staff were great, but the manager broke so many laws by not letting a Veteran have his service animals and being cool one minute then the next just plan disrespectful on all levels. So I wouldn’t recommend. I have given it higher stars until she started to show her true colors.

The room was in clean condition. The facet in the bathroom was leaking when we arrived and leaked during our stay. The guest above our room, was very noisy, getting up and walking around or going back and forth to the bathroom.
