There was no shuttle but this hotel is close to the airport so it wasn't a big deal returning our car rental. We found out that air conditioner in our room was very loud when the fan was running but we were able to switch rooms. The room was clean and staff was great.

This is a decent option on a limited budget. Very close to airport and easy access to Fresno within 15 min in all directions. When I return for a visit, I’ll likely increase my hotel budget and stay at a newer property. I was hardly in my room due to my travel itinerary and it met my needs. Staff was kind. Big shower, hot water. The carpet felt a little icky, I wish I work would have brought slippers. I didn’t see any bugs when I looked after checking in. I didn’t use the ice machine. There was a little fridge in the room, but someone had stored seafood in it at some point and it still had a smell when I arrived so I did not use it. There is not an elevator to the second floor. Two of three nights were quiet, the third I woke up to someone yelling and stomping around in the room above me. Overall, this place does need a facelift and some deep cleaning, but it was acceptable for a short trip during which I only needed a place to sleep. If you’re planning on spending down time in your room on a trip, I would look elsewhere.

Property is fine, it is an older, outdated hotel, but was clean enough. Water pressure in the shower is absolutely awful. Maria at the front desk was very friendly. Standard breakfast items, but no hot items other than waffles. Breakfast area is small with limited seating. Area seemed safe enough, very close to the airport, but actually did not hear any noise from planes which was nice. It was a decent place to sleep and shower, as we spent most of our time in the National parks.

Had a, what appeared to be a homeless person trying to get in our hallway when we were trying to get to our room. When we got into the room I tried to call the front desk but the phone didn’t work. I walked back to the front desk to let them know and she said none of the phones are connected. Was told to use my cell phone. I asked where is your number in the room and got a blank stare. Put our stuff back in our car and left the hotel.

This is an older facility and needs some upkeep. There was significant homeless activity in the area, especially our first night. No cardlock on after hours entrys. Two towel for a three day stay. Had to request fresh towels daily. Small dining area. Typical breakfast items. Not the worst, but would not recommend.
