When you enter the home, you will see a stunning living space with a fireplace and views of the back yard. The living space opens right into the beautiful dining area and custom kitchen.

The kitchen features an extended island with bar stool seating and a large walk-in pantry with tons of cabinet space.

The eastern wing of the home has 2 bedrooms including:

One bedroom with queen bed, this bedroom also has a unique loft with a small seating area
One bedroom with a set of bunk beds including a full bed on bottom, twin bed on top, a twin trundle bed as well as another twin bed (4 beds total)

The western wing of the home has a private bedroom with a queen bed as well as the master bedroom tucked down the hall.

The spacious master bedroom has dual walk-in closets and a fabulous master bathroom, which includes a 2-seated bathtub and walk-in shower.

The outdoor space is perfect for entertaining with a pool, outdoor kitchen area, fire pit and seating areas all nestled under string lights and oasis-like landscaping.

- 11 miles to Downtown Fresno
- 11 miles to the Fresno Airport

The home is on a large piece of land with one small detached home near the back. We ask that you don’t venture towards the back of the property, but please feel free to roam in the yard immediately surrounding the home.

Please keep in mind that we run on septic. Please do not flush ANYTHING that's not toilet paper. In an effort to keep the entire property more secure, we have installed exterior security cameras as well as a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of the home
