We enjoyed our stay at this property. Front desk staff was courteous, friendly and attentive to our needs throughout our stay. The continental breakfast was a plus with a variety of options to start your day. Ample parking. The adjacent pond has several species of birds visiting daily.

My room was flooded with sewage due to a plumbing failure. Personal belongings were completely destroyed. The hotel management refused to take any responsibility or offer any compensation — only a room change, which is completely unacceptable. This hotel is negligent, unprofessional, and has no respect for its guests. Absolutely avoid this place.

Hotel is great value for families. The area can be a little dicey but the hotel grounds are safe and they have security. The property did run out of towels on our third night which was a little inconvenient considering we had no towels left in our room (we had left our used towels with housekeeping). I would recommend having extra towels on hand if you do decide to book at this property. :)

Live like you do at home while traveling

I stayed in a two bedroom suite, and it was like a small condo. My 89 year old mom had an easy time moving around with her walker. The doorways are large, and the furniture is placed to maximize space. There is a beautiful breakfast buffet, but we preferred to sleep in. It was fun making breakfast with crazy hair, and then eating at our dining table in pajamas. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The grocery store is just a 3 minute drive. This hotel is perfect for people who want to live like they do at home when traveling.

Unfortunate Stay

We were unable to get our assigned room for early check in do to it not being ready, as per graduation weekend and trying to make it on time to my ceremony we were accommodated into a room similar which I was okay with, unfortunately we had a horrible experience at breakfast hour the following morning an individual was standing outside the lobby on the phone and my partner and I were getting breakfast when someone opened the door for him and he went off on my partner for not opening the door, the staff did nothing and the guy continued to make us feel uncomfortable and kept cussing and saying rude things trying to be little him despite my partner apologizing and stating he didn’t know he was wanting to enter as he was talking on the phone outside the door and like any other individual staying he should have a key card to come in. Despite the phone service not working well in the area the complimentary wifi wasn’t any better. We stayed for 2 nights and we never received room service. Additionally it was as if people were running through the hallways upstairs through the night making it hard to peacefully rest. I won’t be staying at this location again unfortunately.
