This hotel is beautiful, very well located, exceptionally clean… the room is cozy, comfortable, well designed, and the shower is amazing!! But what made our short stay exceptional was the service: Yesenia, who checked us in in the evening, was very courteous and friendly, took our needs in consideration, and made us feel very welcomed - a 5 stars check in experience; our server at breakfast was so nice; and then Maria at the front desk in the afternoon was so sweet to us while I hung out for hours at the lobby with my toddler - she made sure to make us comfortable as well as welcomed! Absolutely great service!

The overall stay was nice, staff was great. My only complaint is the shower is very loud. And can hear the neighboring rooms when they shower also. We were close to the street and the it was not sound proof as stated.
