Hotels.com website states hotel has 2 pools indoor. And outdoor which is untrue. Access to restaurant requires use of stairs. This hotel is still stuck in the 19th century.

So wunderschön von außen und leider viele Mängeln drin, kann bestätigen das was viele davor geschrieben haben. Im Zimmer leider zu kalt, Heizung funktionierte nicht, Handtücher und Bademäntel hatten keine Chance trocken zu werden , man kommt nach sehr gut beheiztem Spa Bereich ins kalte Zimmer zurück und wird nach paar Tage nun krank... Schade! Im Zimmer gab es kein funktionierenden Kühlschrank, bzw gab ein mini Kühlschrank der aber drin warm war und es waren warme Getränke drin zu kaufen. In einem 4,5 Sternen hotel rechnet man mit einem funktionierendem Kühlschrank :) .. Badezimmer sehr klein mit sehr kleinen Duschkabine.
