Schlechter Service bei Hotels.com

Ehrlich gesagt, war ich gar in dem Hotel und hatte als Kunde, der Hotels.com seit vielen Jahren nutzt gedacht ich könnte stornieren. Weder ist ein Mitarbeiter erreichbar noch hilft der "virtuelle Assistent" weiter. Wartezeiten von 30 Minuten plus x sind keine Seltenheit ...um dann irgendeine belanglose Info zu erhalten. Ich werde mir überlegen, ob ich nicht die Plattform für meine Hotelbuchungen wechsel.

Cute family owned place!

This hotel is a small family business. It has a lot of charm and I enjoyed my stay. If you are expecting something brand new you'll be disappointed, but everything is clean and hosts are very friendly! Breakfast could be better restocked though, when we were there they ran out of things on the breakfast buffet and noone was around to restock. Also beware - the hotel does not have an elevator, at least not one that we saw.

Die Unterkunft ist vom Einrichtungsstil nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Für eine Nacht aber kein Problem. Die Zimmer sind wie auf dem Bildern. Man sieht somit, was man bekommt. Preis/Leistung ist in Ordnung.

Wir kamen etwas später an, aber an der Rezeption wurde auf und gewartet. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber aber von der Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Bei dem Zustellbett handelte es sich um eine Luftmatratze. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ok.

Empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Wir waren die einzigen Hotelgäste und sind von den netten Leuten verwöhnt worden. Alles ging nach unseren Wünschen. Einziger Nachteil: Am Hotel gibt es keinen Parkplatz.

Ruhiges Hotel im Zentrum von Freyburg. Parkmöglichkeit nicht direkt am Hotel, auf öffentlichem Parkplatz. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Frühstück auf Wunsch schon 7.00 Uhr fertig.Preiswertes Zimmer mit schönem Frühstücksbüffet.

Fin service. Något gammaldags inrett rum, men rent och snyggt. Hårda sängar. Nyrenoverat och modernt badrum. Lugnt område. Kändes som om vi var de enda gästerna på hotellet så det kändes något spöklikt. Bra mat i restaurangen och helt ok frukost. Det gick inte att betala med kort, men bankomat låg precis runt hörnet.
