Worst Premier classe hotel ever stayed in

It is the worst premier classe hotel we have ever stayed in. The room and bedding smellt of cigarette smoke. The shower was broken. The room was very small. Breakfast was less choice.

Good for a night stay but make sure you're on time

The hotel is only available to check in from 5 to 9 pm. I wasn't able to contact the hotel by phone and sent an email to notify them of our arrival. I received a response saying they have an automatic machine to check in as long as we swipe the card we used for reservation. I had booked and paid for the room on hotels.com. When we arrived the machine was not able to find our reservation. I had to book another room and pay again. In the morning I asked for a refund since we paid for 2 rooms and only used one. I was told I needed to contact hotels.com . I contacted customer service and they needed to verify the information with Premiere Clase. It has been over a week and I still have no word on whether I will receive a refund.

Very basic Motel.

3 beds, small rooms but all whatÂŽs needed. Very convenient for a travel trough stop as very close to the motor way. Staff was nice and helpful when our light did not work in the first given room we immediately got a new room.

- das "Hotel" ist ziemlich rutnergekommen, selbst fĂŒr diesen Preis - die anderen GĂ€ste und ihre mitgebrachten GegenstĂ€nde (so was + so viel nimmt man nicht zum Urlaub mit) lassen nur einen Schluss zu: das Hotel wird als FlĂŒchtlingsunterkunft genutzt oder als Dauerunterkunft von Tagelöhnern mit ihren Familien

TrÚs bon accueil , mais une fuite dans la douche en raison du poussoir cassé dans les toilettes m'oblige à un peu de bricolage Beaucoup de bruit à l'extérieur jusqu'à trÚs tard 5h En partant à 6h (trÚs calme) je décide de prendre un café au distributeur dans le hall d'entrée : la machine m'a donné un verre d'eau chaude ! Sejour trÚs décevant !!!
