The view of San Juan Channel is a breathtaking experience from this newly constructed space.

This two-bedroom, one bathroom loft provides the perfect retreat for your weekend stay or weeklong respite. Located close the popular Roche Harbor Resort, it's the perfect location for a few wedding guests.

The newly built loft has a gourmet kitchen with all the cooking necessities, a spacious island with bar seating for 4 and a full-size refrigerator. Also enjoy the cozy balcony to BBQ your favorite foods. The open concept provides room to move from the kitchen to the living space which boasts a 55” Smart TV, mini-split heat/cool system, propane fireplace, and a sectional sofa.

This cozy guest house/apartment situated close to Roche Harbor will provide a home base for exploring San Juan Island, cuddling up with your favorite book or good movie and a glass of wine, beachcombing and tide pooling and so much more.

The 2 bedrooms are comfortably decorated. One bedroom has a King bed, the other has a Queen. The full bathroom has a shower, tub and double vanity.
Full laundry room is provided downstairs.

Enjoy access to a private beach (fires are not allowed) and walk along the east side of San Juan Channel with spectacular views of Orcas Island and Yellow Island.
