Grüner Fleck mitten in der Stadt

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und das Bad ist sehr groß, neuwertig und mit zwei Fenstern ausgestattet. Die Wege ans Bodenseeufer und in die Stadt sind kurz. Und für Menschen mit Hund ist es die optimale Wohnung. Vielen Dank für die freundliche Betreuung.

Zentral und angemessen im Preis

Diese Ferienwohnung ist wirklich eine grüne Oase. Die Vermieterin hat eine klein Armee an Blumentöpfen voller Geranien und anderer Schönheiten, sowie einen kleinen Garten im Hinterhof. Die Vorzüge dieser Wohnung sind unter anderem ihre tolle Lage, nicht zu weit von der Promenade, aber weit genug entfernt um die Geräuschkulisse des Tourismus gänzlich hinter sich zu lassen. Ebenso gibt es quasi um die Ecke mehrere Bäckereien, inklusive einer Filiale der Kloos-Bäckereien (eben diese backen das Zeppelin-Brot). Man muss diese Bäckereien, den Weg zur Promenade, eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit oder auch erschwingliche Restaurants allerdings nicht allein ausfindig machen, da die ausgesprochen freundliche Vermieterin sehr gute Tipps auf Lager hat, und diese mit netten Mietern auch gerne teilt. Sie ist ebenfalls sehr zuvorkommend und hat die Wohnung sehr gut eingerichtet. Dabei sei besonders die kraftvolle Dunstabzugshaube erwähnt (versuchen Sie ruhig die Küchentür zu schließen, während die Haube läuft). Ein Nachteilen der Wohnung könnte eventuell die Nähe zum Flughafen und der Einflugschneise sein. Der Flughafen Friedrichshafen hat allerdings sowohl tagsüber wenig Betrieb (etwa ein Flieger die Stunde), als auch ein Nachtflugverbot. Alles in allem ist diese Wohnung ausgesprochen gut gelegen und wird ihrem Preis sehr gerecht.

Schöne Wohnung, gute Lage

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen, obwohl man in wenigen Minuten Fußweg im Leben ist. Eine sehr schöne Sitzgelegenheit draussen im Innenhof, mit vielen liebevoll bepflanzten und gepflegten Töpfen. In der Beschreibung steht, dass man sich die Terasse mit den Gastgebern teilt. Dies würde ich anders formulieren, man sitzt dort nicht gemeinsam, die Gastgeberin gießt dort die Blumen und erntet. Also eigentlich hat man dort seine Ruhe. Von der leckeren Ernte durften wir probieren und wurden mit leckeren Trauben und Birnen versorgt. Die Gastgeber vor Ort sind sehr freundlich und immer ansprechbar. Für uns persönlich wichtig: Hunde sind willkommen. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir gut unterstellen. Ein schöner Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank!

Fantastisch

Tolle Unterkunft in der Nähe des Sees. Herzlicher und sehr freundlicher Empfang. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, großzügig geschnitten und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt und wir kommen bestimmt nochmal.
