This modern penthouse duplex apartment with a large terrace is located in the countryside in a modern residential complex in Efrizweiler, just 3 km from Lake Constance and 7 km from Friedrichshafen.

It is easily accessible by elevator from the underground car park. Here you will find peace and quiet and yet be in the middle of the action on the lakeshore in just a few minutes.

The apartment on 2 levels is very modern and furnished to a high standard. On the lower floor there is plenty of space for 2 people in the open-plan living/dining area with a beautiful, fully equipped fitted kitchen, bedroom, storage room and a daylight bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub and WC. The large summer room (terrace with over 20 sqm) with electric awning and gas barbecue invites you to sunbathe or dine in the sunset.

The top floor can be reached via an open space-saving staircase, which is not recommended for small children. Upstairs there is an office and a bright sleeping area with TV for a further 2 people, as well as another daylight bathroom with shower and WC.

Facilities also include WLAN, Internet TV, music via ALEXA, washing machine, dryer, an underground parking space and a lockable bicycle room. Parking is also possible in front of the house in the traffic-calmed street.

Bed linen and towels are included, smoking and pets are not allowed. Please also understand that parties and stag and hen parties are not allowed.

The area is perfect for hiking or cycling and then ending the evening by the lake with a good glass of Lake Constance wine. As I am local myself and know the area well, I am happy to give tips on excursion destinations or e.g. MTB routes.
