Villa Los Tablazos is a cosy 3-bedroom villa ideally located between the popular coastal town of Nerja and the picturesque white village of Frigiliana, set in a peaceful, elevated rural area with stunning panoramic views of the sea and mountains. Its location is perfect for guests who wish to be close to Nerja’s beaches, restaurants and lively atmosphere, while still enjoying privacy and tranquillity.



The villa accommodates up to 6 guests and features two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, and three bathrooms, all with shower and WC. One of the bathrooms is conveniently located in the pool area.



Outside, guests can enjoy a large private swimming pool (9m x 4m), with a depth of 1.1m at the shallow end and 2.2m at the deep end. The spacious, fenced garden includes patio furniture, a barbecue, a ping-pong table, and private parking, making it ideal for families.



Inside, the villa is fully equipped for comfortable year-round stays, offering air conditioning with heating, Wi-Fi, a fireplace, Smart TV with satellite channels (Spanish, English, German and French), stereo, DVD player, balcony, iron, hair dryer, as well as a cot and high chair for guests travelling with young children.

Fabulous outdoor space

Great location with wonderful views of both mountains and the sea. We enjoyed using all the outdoor seating areas and some of the many sports and games provided. Upgrading the bed in the ensuite bedroom is the only area which could be improved.

A fantastic beautiful villa with stunning views and lots to do in the local area from frigaliana to nerja. the owner was straight round to sort out a burst pipe on the pool and was a lovely man. Fantastic Villa / Beautiful Pool / Stunning Views / Great Service

This is our third stay at this wonderful villa, and I am sure it won’t be our last! The villa is in a quiet, peaceful, and very private location, it has everything you need for a wonderful, relaxing break. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms are extremely comfortable with lots of hangers and storage. There are at least 6 different outdoor seating areas from which to enjoy the amazing views as well as the incredibly relaxing daybed at the bottom of the garden, a brilliant new addition for this year. The pool is lovely, the perfect temperature and incredibly clean. The villa location is excellent as it is just a short drive to Burriana beach, Frigliana hilltop village, or Nejra old town where you will find the stunning Balcon de Europa as well as a lots of shops/boutiques/supermarkets/pharmacies and a huge range of very good restaurants. I would also like to thank the charming landlords and Spain Sun Rentals who were brilliant and from whom we received a fantastic service right from the booking process to the way they looked after us while we were at the villa, especially booking us taxis for meals out. They were also excellent when we had a small problem, unfortunately on our arrival the aircon in one of the twin bedrooms didn’t seem to be working, however, this was fixed quickly and efficiently with a brand new unit. We were very sad to leave, but hope to return again next year.

Lovely stay

Fantastic Villa / Great Location

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Los Tablazos. The villa is superb with a lovely garden, beautiful pool and plenty of different outdoor seating areas. We loved the location as it is near Burriana beach as well as Nerja old town for evenings out, but as it is in the countryside you get amazing views, it is also extremely peaceful and very private. We have stayed here before a few years ago and it was all that we remembered and more. We hope to return again next year. Spain Sun Rentals were brilliant and charming to deal with, they went above and beyond to help us with taxi bookings etc.

Perfect location with spectacular scenery, ideal as a base for our 6 month stay as we like hiking.

Unbelievable service from Spain sun rentals, Nerja . Customer service of the highest level. Charming landlords, very warm friendly people. Fantastic position for bars and restaurants, hiking and cycling. Very sad to leave .

Toller Garten, Haus ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen aber alles war sauber. Das Wasser im Pool hat nicht den sauberen Eindruck gemacht. Die Matratzen sind leider auch schon etwas durchgelegen.

Charming villa but with a few annoying bits

Beautiful gardens, fantastic pool, lovely homely villa but a few problems, firstly ants everywhere in the villa, kitchen work tops, cupboards, floor, bathroom floor, children's bedroom, we all had ant bites on our feet and legs, this is easily solved with a management system by the owners, regular checks and sprays before guests arrive, nobody wants to be bothering dealing with this when they are actually on their holiday, owners need to pay attention to this. Secondly, website states the villa has air conditioning, yes it does but its on a timer, something the website does not tell you, this means it runs only for 2 hours maximum at at time, this is no problem during the day but at night we had to keep getting up every 2 hours to restart it, really disturbed our sleep and had a negative effect on our holiday, owners need to remove this, it's mean especially for the amount charged for the villa per week in high season. Overall a nice villa and good location for exploring Nerja and Frigilianna. The Rio Chillar River walk is an absolute must, it's a fantastic day, go prepared though, no flip flops or sandals, surf shoes are perfect and available in all the bizzares, sun cream and pack lunch and enjoy.

Lovely property in good location

Delightful property with excellent pool and views towards Maro. 10 mins to centre of Nerja so restaurants and shopping very easy. Maribel is very helpful and the villa is very comfortable. we would certainly stay again.

Wonderful Nerja villa

A totally beautiful villa with lots of lovely places to sit in the garden, quiet, unoverlooked and kept in a very good condition. We enjoyed the seated areas with beautiful garden furniture which is clearly in fairly new condition and all the facilities are as shown in the description of the villa. Ideal for a family as the garden is extremely safe and secure.

Gorgeous view, easy jumping off point to many near towns, helpful hosts

Our week at the house was wonderful! Nestled between Frigiliana and Nerja the home was just what we wanted. Gorgeous views, outdoor living spaces. We enjoyed frigiliana but also a couple of easy day trips to nearby towns. The host was very helpful as well. She met us the first evening and showed us to the house (which is nice because it's down a curvy road that we would not have found on our own). She gave some great food recommendations and was easily contactable when we had a couple of house questions during the stay. We had a lovely time!!

Fijn vakantiehuis

We zijn hier een week geweest met ons gezin en hebben een hele fijne tijd hier gehad. Veel buiten geleefd en van het heerlijke zwembad gebruik kunnen maken. Ook de tafeltennistafel was erg leuk. Genoeg mogelijkheden op het terrein om te zitten met elkaar.

Prima verblijf

Huis is precies zoals het staat beschreven. De weg ernaartoe was even wennen😅. Contact met eigenaar verliep goed. Er was iets kapot en binnen 45 min stond de eigenaar er en werd het probleem verholpen. De invertarisatie vh bestek mocht wel wat uitgebreider in de keuken. Wasmachine aanwezig, maar werkte niet goed. Was werd niet schoon. Het huis verder was top! Zeer veel zitgedeeltes. Genoeg lig bedden. Linnengoed aanwezig inclusief badlakens, was erg fijn. Nerja en frigiliana was ook erg mooi.

Agréable séjour dans une villa aux vues exceptionnelles

Villa bien entretenue et équipée pour 6 personnes. Nous y avons séjourné 2 semaines et passé d’agréables moments. Il est juste dommage que nous ayons subi quotidiennement les nuisances dues aux travaux de rénovation de la villa voisine.

Fantástica estancia

Decidimos alojarnos en esta villa por la tranquilidad y paz que aportaba la misma (algo muy necesario en tiempos de COVID), contando con unas inmejorables vistas y un descanso asegurado, debido al enclave en el que se sitúa (plena naturaleza con la costa a escasos minutos), el alojamiento ofrece todas las comodidades posibles, siendo tal y como se refleja en las fotografías. Destacar por supuesto, sus exteriores, donde desearás pasar todo el día. Por último, agradecer la amabilidad y atención prestada por el propietario del alojamiento.
