Location and outside area

Located within a private estate of 11.000m2, this rural villa is fully surrounded by avocado groves. Here you’ll be able to enjoy a relaxing “away from it all” holiday without having to renounce to go to the beach, shopping or having some tapas at a local bar. You can either go to Frigiliana (3 km) or Nerja (4 km), both Andalucian towns are located at a 10 minute drive. The private pool (6 x 4m) and sun terrace are complete with sun loungers and sitting area. Next to the house is a shaded porch equipped with patio furniture, an excellent place for your alfresco diners – a barbecue is provided. At the entrance of the villa is a welcoming little garden with flowers, a fountain and a small sitting corner with views over the countryside.



Inside and lay-out

Inside, you will feel directly at home with a cosy ambiance. The living/dining room has a beamed ceiling, open fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player, Bluetooth speaker and comfortable furniture. The open-plan kitchen is well equipped with oven, washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. There are two bedrooms (one twin and one double) and a full shower room with WC and single wash basin.

- There is a surveillance camera outside, at the entrance to the property.
