With capacity for up to 4 people thanks to its master bedroom and the sofa bed in the living room, it is an ideal choice for couples, small families or those looking to unwind surrounded by nature without sacrificing proximity to the beaches, restaurants and amenities of both destinations.

The apartment features a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a bath, providing privacy and comfort throughout your stay. The open-plan living-dining area is equipped with air conditioning, a microwave, oven and toaster for preparing simple meals during your holiday. It also features a washing machine, iron, ironing board and hairdryer.



For a more pleasant stay during the warmer months, the windows have fixed mosquito nets, allowing you to enjoy the fresh air of the countryside in greater comfort.



The kitchen is equipped for day-to-day use during your holiday. Please note that the fridge is small and the freezer has limited capacity, making it particularly suitable for frequent shopping trips for fresh produce.

The private terrace is equipped with a table and chairs and offers views of the complex’s gardens and fruit trees. It is the perfect spot for al fresco breakfasts, a quiet read or unwinding at the end of the day surrounded by greenery and tranquillity.



For those who enjoy al fresco dining, the complex also features a communal barbecue area available for free use, complete with portable charcoal equipment.

Communal Swimming Pools and Common Areas of the Complex

The complex offers two swimming options depending on the season. Guests have access to a small swimming pool open all year round (except for occasional maintenance periods), ideal for cooling off at any time of year.



During the months of July and August, the main swimming pool and the children’s area are also available. Both areas are equipped with sun loungers and parasols so you can enjoy the sun in comfort.

The complex’s location allows you to combine nature, the beach and cultural visits during your stay. The property is approximately 3.5 km from Nerja and a similar distance from Frigiliana, considered one of the prettiest villages in Andalusia.



Burriana Beach, the Balcony of Europe, the restaurants in the centre of Nerja and the whitewashed streets of Frigiliana are all about a 10-minute drive away. This location allows you to enjoy both destinations without staying in busier areas.
