A lovely 1 bedroom villa in Nerja... with pool table.



This charming cottage enjoys a convenient situation near Nerja and Frigiliana. Stroll out from the rustic, pretty living room to the shaded veranda terrace where you can enjoy spectacular views out to the sea. Inside, it's cosy and well prepared for a "just the two of us" holiday.







Location and outside area



A lovely rustic style cottage located just off the Nerja - Frigiliana road. The shops, tapas bars and restaurants of Nerja (2 km) are only 5 minutes drive. For those who prefer not to take the car every days, there is also a bus stop and restaurant nearby (100m). The villa enjoys a sunny position with wonderful views from the shaded veranda out to Nerja and the Mediterranean, making this a perfect spot for your alfresco dinners. A built-in barbecue and patio furniture is provided. At the rear, you'll enjoy the same lovely sea views at the private pool (5 x 3m) and a spacious sun terrace with sun loungers.

The villa is smartly furnished with a cosy, rustic ambiance. There is a living/dining room with sofa, wood burning stove, satellite TV and DVD. A breakfast bar separates the living from the kitchen equipped with 2 rings vitro hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is double bedroom and a full bathroom. The washing machine is placed in an utility room.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property. The property has been renovated in places to ensure the villa is shown off to its maximum potential. The outside seating area has also been expanded and covered, which we used every evening. The villa itself was spotless when we arrived, but for us this villa is all about the views, privacy and the outside spaceThe host was friendly and was available if required. There is a garage on the corner of the main Frigliana roundabout where you can get essential items, but further down towards Nerja, there is both a Lidl and an Aldi where you can get all you fresh foods. Nerja is about 30 minutes walk from the Villa. This is a lovely little place to rewind and relax at and the views a beautiful.

Cleanliness was second to none 10/10Great choice of seating areas, an idea for heavy sun lounger would be lockable wheels for choice of sun access/shade. Steep driveway wasn’t for the faint hearted. Communication with host could be better as we would (like many) of relaxed more knowing when to expect pool clean visit. Knowing that we’d have relaxed for the 6days before being notified visit would be 7pm day 7 of 9 day stay. We had read about dogs barking but wondered why people would moan about that when obviously we’re just visitors to an area where people live permanently
however the it was beyond a joke and relentless when they all started barking. Owners were polite and complimented on the cleanliness and maintenance of villa. Views amazing and located well within lovely areas of interest.

Really good, comfortable and clean villa with all of the amenities you need, it has an oven in the kitchen, which wasn't mentioned in the information when booking, so that was a bonus.Particularly liked the outdoor space and pool area and it's aspect in relation to the sun.Worth mentioning the really comfortable bed and good location for shopping, Frigiliana and Nerja.Our only minor negative comments are that there were no provisions left, such as a small welcome pack or cleaning products and that the separate games room got extremely hot in the evening and the air conditioning didn't work in there.Communication with the owners was excellent and they were very helpful.Would definitely like to return in the future.

What an amazing find!

This was a perfect location for us to relax in. It is an area we are familiar with and this was perfectly located to give us privacy on site and access to all the amenities - supermarkets, restaurants and wonderful beaches. A car is essential if you want to explore this beautiful area. We enjoyed our time relaxing by the pool reading with occasional dips in the pool to cool off. Definitely no lack of sunshine! With both a terrace that enjoys sun all day and one that offers welcome shade it was lovely. Communication with the agent was perfect and all arrival and departure information was very clear. We hope to return again one day and would highly recommend this for some couple time.

Beautiful Villa

This was a gorgeous Villa with fabulous outside space , lovely views , beautifully presented, clean and well equipped . It is a well loved property and highly maintained with great detail and even a fish pond .Games room was fantastic and I’m now a decent pool player.Definitely will go back

Fantastic place to stay and unwind

Excellent property all round. Beautiful outdoor space and nice comfy bed. The only tiny issue is road noise and barking dogs. But neither really bothered us at all. Definitely return.

Außergewöhnliches HĂ€uschen fĂŒr zwei Personen

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus war in einem super Zustand und es fehlte an nichts. Auch auf den Terrassen boten sich viele PlĂ€tze zum Verweilen. Im Ganzen waren das Haus und der Garten mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. FĂŒr Abwechslung sorgten der Pool, ein kleines GartenhĂ€uschen mit Billardtisch und Dartsscheibe und die OutdoorkĂŒche mit Grill und Pizzaofen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und total unkompliziert. Wir konnten leider kein Spanisch, aber die Konversation auf Englisch war einwandfrei. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt ist das nĂ€chtliche, laute Hundegebell in der Nachbarschaft. Insgesamt war das Haus fĂŒr uns ein Volltreffer. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und wĂŒrden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Wunderschönes Bauernhaus

Ein wunderschönes- mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes BauernhĂ€uschen mit hochwertigen Möbeln und bequemen (1,60m) Bett Man hat einen herrlichen Rundumblick auf das Meer und in die Berge sowie den Mangoplantagen. Der Pool ist tollund man hat sehr viel PrivatsphĂ€re. Als störend empfanden wir die - sehr - befahrene Haupstraße sowie das nie endende Gebell der Hunde in der Nachbarschaft.

Urlaub wie auf Wolken

Der Kontakt mit der Agentur war von Anfang an gut, ebenso die Wegbeschreibung. Den SchlĂŒssel fanden wir sofort und checkten uns selbst ein. Tolle Wohnung mit hochwertiger Ausstattung, sehr gutes Bett. Aber unschlagbar die Aussenanlage. Mehrere Sitzgelegenheiten luden zum verweilen ein. Abends illuminierten zahllose Solarlichter die Terrassen, abgesehen zu den Außenlichtern und dem Poollicht, das man manuell schalten konnte. Herrlich der Blick von der Terrasse aufs Mittelmeer, Nerja und Torrox. Ruckzuck am Strand oder in die Berge. Via Email blieb der Kontakt zu Agentur, die bei Fragen oder Anmerkungen schnell antwortete. StraßengerĂ€usche waren in der Tat zu hören, aber wir empfanden es nicht als lĂ€stig und entspannten absolut in dem Ambiente. Es war einfach nur ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, traumhaft schön. Prima der große KĂŒhlschrank, wo man gerade in den heißen Tagen gut gekĂŒhlte Waren unterbringen kann.
