Still, you can walk to Frigiliana in 15 minutes and there is a nice restaurant at 5 minutes walk. The private swimming pool with a sun terrace occupies the back of the house, on a superior level. The house is very tastefully furnished and well equipped.







Location and outside area



This oasis of tranquillity is surrounded by avocado orchards and situated at a 5 minute drive from Frigiliana (1.2 km). A shortcut leads you to the village in 15 minutes, walking. The splendid beaches of Nerja (7 km) are just a 15 minute drive away. You will also find a nice restaurant nearby, 5 minutes walking distance. The villa is ideally located for those who want to combine the serenity of a country retreat with days at the beach and visits to the highlights of Andalusia. Its front terrace with bamboo shading is the perfect place for your alfresco dinners. A barbecue is provided. From here you will enjoy wide views on the surrounding hills down to the Mediterranean. The attractive private pool (10 m x 5 m) is located behind the house on a superior level (access by stairs) and offers excellent privacy. Sunbeds, sunshades, and outdoor furniture can be used on the terrace surrounding the house or by the pool as desired. The property has its own private driveway, ample parking and is accessed by a cemented country track.







Inside and lay-out



The wooden front door gives access to the spacious and welcoming open-plan living area with high ceilings. Three sofas, easy chairs, a wood burning fireplace, satellite TV, and music equipment make this a very comfortable space. The large kitchen is designed in a traditional style and is separated from the dining area by a useful countertop. The kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator/freezer, 4 ring vitro-hob, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, and all kinds of utensils. From the living area, a long passage runs the length of the villa and leads to the peaceful orchards next to the house. It also provides access to the four bedrooms of the villa, of which two are double with good sized wardrobes and two are twins. There is one full bathroom (WC, bathtub, basin) and one with WC, shower, and basin.
