This accommodation is located in one of the most sought-after areas of the Costa del Sol, near the wonderful town of Nerja, Burriana Beach, and the must-see Rio Chillar trail. The latter is the perfect option for spending a different kind of Sunday, enjoying contact with nature and discovering an impressive landscape.

The house can accommodate up to five people, who will enjoy the tranquility provided and the amenities offered within the home.
The interior of the house is rustic, decorated with wooden details, typical of a rural house. The house, spread over two floors, features a spacious living room equipped with a cozy sofa, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchenette. In the living room, you'll also find a Smart TV and a magnificent fireplace, set in the picturesque stone wall opposite the sofa. The living area is completed with a bathroom with a shower.

The bedrooms are accessed via a hallway. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Of the other two bedrooms, one is located on the first floor and has two single beds, while the other consists of a single bed.
The living room and the hallway to the bedrooms are equipped with cold/heat air conditioning.

The charming outdoor area is divided into two areas. One features a fabulous, well-maintained garden, ideal for the enjoyment of the little ones. At the back of the house, accessible from the garden, is a beautiful porch with a chill-out area.

The other outdoor area consists of the pool area, where you can enjoy moments of pure relaxation, swimming in the private pool, sunbathing on the numerous sun loungers provided, and savoring delicious meals on the porch. Additionally, you will have a fabulous wood-fired oven and a brick barbecue at your disposal, to cook delicious dishes and surprise the palates of your loved ones.

The house has parking for three vehicles right at the door. Access to the property is via a mountain road, with curves and bumps typical of the area where the house is located.
