The secluded outside areas are set within a 2,600 m2 private estate and include a spacious garden with lawn and a private pool (9x5 m). The pool is fenced for extra child-safety. There is also a shaded verandah, ideal to enjoy your outside dinners or a lazy siesta. A barbecue is provided. The villa and its gardens offer splendid views on Nerja and the surroundings down to the Mediterranean.



The famous beaches like the playa Burriana (3.7 km) and the beaches along the creeks near the Balcony of Europe are only a 5-10 minute drive away. This villa is also ideal for a visit to Granada and its famous Alhambra palace or to discover the traditional villages of the Axarquía area. The Picasso Museum in Málaga is a must-see for art-lovers.

The villa consists of three floors and is furnished with great comfort and excellent taste by the owners.







GROUND FLOOR: spacious living / dining room with open plan kitchen and doors opening onto the shaded verandah, one twin bedroom, one double bedroom and a full shower room. The living/dining room comes with sofas, open fireplace, satellite tv and a dining table for 8 (for 14 persons you would need to move in the terrace dining table). The kitchen is very complete with a breakfast bar, 4 rings ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine and dishwasher.







FIRST FLOOR: second dining/living room with TV and direct access to the first floor terrace, second kitchen with ceramic hob, oven and fridge/freezer. There is a master bedroom with ensuite shower room and direct access to the first floor terrace. Two twin bedrooms and a full bathroom.







SECOND FLOOR: On the second floor you'll find the two spacious bedrooms (one double, one twin) and another full bathroom.







A WiFi internet connection is available (free of charge). Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms (free of charge).
