The primary suite boasts a king-sized bed and a private ensuite bath for ultimate comfort and privacy. A second bedroom, also with a king bed, has convenient access to the hall bath—perfect for guests or family. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides extra sleeping options.



Step out onto the screened porch to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine while soaking in the serene natural surroundings. Whether you're watching coastal birds glide over the marsh or enjoying the peaceful sounds of the tide, this space is designed for total relaxation.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about 6 and 1/2 square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.



Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and beverage options for your enjoyment. With 2 championship golf courses, 5 pool complexes, 12 pickleball courts, 6 tennis courts, and 3 and 1/2 miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddle board, kayak, boat, and golf cart rentals available.
