The well-appointed living room features a comfortable sectional sofa and opens to a screened porch furnished with a table and four chairs—an ideal spot to enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail while overlooking the serene canal and marsh.



A galley-style kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and all the essentials for easy vacation living.



The primary bedroom includes a king bed, en suite bath with a tub/shower combo, and access to the screened porch. The second bedroom also features a king bed and convenient access to a hall bath.



Additional amenities include a stackable washer and dryer within the condo, making your stay comfortable and carefree.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about 6 and 1/2 square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

With 2 championship golf courses, 5 pool complexes, 12 pickleball courts, 6 tennis courts, and 3 and 1/2 miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure.
