Interior completely redone including new vinyl floors throughout the home, brand new contemporary furniture and dressers along with new kitchen appliances. Bathrooms upgraded with new flooring, showers and cabinets, along with a half bathroom added near front door. King bed on the first-floor primary bedroom, 2nd floor bedroom has a king bed and twin daybed with twin trundle, 3 TVs with Hargray Cable and high-speed wireless internet, a fully equipped kitchen, and a full-size washer and dryer. Electric grill on the back deck!

The View:

From the back deck, you have a 180-degree view of the Harbor River at high tide, and at low tide the sprawling marshland is revealed, completed with the 175 species of birds that call Fripp Island home.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
