The Space:

26 Sea Mist is a charming two-story home, perfect for guests looking to take full advantage of Fripp Island’s many amenities. Ideally located just a short walk from the Cabana Club, Activity Center, and Camp Fripp, this recently renovated retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.



The home features complimentary wireless internet and an expansive deck off the family room with a wall-to-wall sliding glass door system, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. From the main living space, enjoy breathtaking, panoramic views of Skull Creek, the marsh, and the Atlantic Ocean. The open-concept main level showcases an updated kitchen with modern appliances, tall white cabinetry, and stunning water views from both the kitchen island and sink. The family room provides a relaxing space to unwind, complete with a flat-screen smart TV.



The first floor includes a king bedroom with a TV and access to a small front deck, along with a full hall bathroom featuring a single vanity and walk-in shower, accessible from the foyer and living area.



Upstairs, guests will find two additional bedrooms along with convenient laundry access. One bedroom features a queen bed and twin bunk bed, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination and single vanity. The hallway includes a full-size, side-by-side washer and dryer for added convenience.



The upstairs primary suite faces the inlet and offers stunning ocean views. This spacious retreat includes a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom featuring a double vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub.



Outdoor living is abundant throughout the property, with multiple decks offering comfortable seating to relax and enjoy the views. At the back of the home near the inlet, guests will find a sandy area and an island built off the garage, providing endless inlet views and an ideal setting for outdoor dining and recreation. The patio off the garage includes a six-seat outdoor dining table. The garage is available for guest use and can be accessed from the exterior of the home.



A 4-seat golf cart is provided with your rental (excluding monthly rentals), offering convenient transportation around the island. Many guests opt to park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart to explore the island's natural beauty and unique amenities.

These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.



Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

With two championship golf courses, 5 pool complexes, 12 pickleball courts, 6 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure.
