The Space:

332 Captain John Fripp Villa is a beautiful newly renovated condo located in the heart of Fripp Island. This 2-bedroom 2-bath villa is just a short walk to the Beach Club, Sandbar, Island Bites, Tennis/Pickleball Courts, Shops and Fitness Center! This property provides comfort for up to 4 guests making it the perfect getaway for family and friends.



Both of the bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. The primary bedroom has 1 king bed, with a balcony and seating for 2. The guest bedroom has 2 twins, with access to a shared front deck. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom in the hallway. The 2nd shared full bathroom is on the 1st floor allowing easy/quick access. Both bathrooms have a tub shower combo. The patio on first floor is furnished with a grill and 4 Adirondack chairs. The property is thoughtfully decorated with modern touches and relaxing colors.



Features of this unit include a full kitchen with all the basic utensils and cookware needed if you choose to stay in and cook. Make sure to check out one of the island's many lunch/dinner options including the Bonito Boathouse restaurant and Island Bites. Full size appliances including a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven and washer and dryer. This property has 3 TVs in total (All Amazon Fire TVs) with high-speed wireless internet as well as Hargray Cable live TV in all bedrooms and the living room. Included in the outdoor storage box to right of the back deck is a beach cart, 5 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and a shibumi. These are available for your use, please put them back in the box after using them!

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
