The Space:

344 Captain John Fripp Villa is a lovely 2-story home located in the heart of Fripp Island. Just a short walk to the beach, Island Bites, Olympic Pool and Sandbar; this 2-bedroom, 2-bath home is centrally located for visitors that are interested in taking advantage of Fripp's many amenities. Tasteful design and furnishings make this villa stand out. It comfortably accommodates up to 8 people and offers stunning balcony/patio views.



Both bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. The primary bedroom offers a king bed and a balcony with a view of the courtyard pool and beach. The 2nd bedroom is the bunk room and has 2 bunk beds with twin over full mattresses. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom in the hallway with a walk-in shower and 2 sinks.



The other full bathroom with a walk-in shower is on the 1st floor. Both bathrooms are thoughtfully updated with tile. Open floor plan in kitchen and living room allow for easy entertaining and plenty of natural light. Kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with houseware and appliances and a drip and Keurig coffee machine. Plenty of room for seating in the living room and dining room. This updated villa is the perfect place for your Fripp Island getaway!



Features include marble countertops throughout kitchen, bar and bathrooms and new hardwood floors. There is a bar with a wine cooler and a courtyard pool just steps away off your back porch. 4 outdoor seats and a charcoal grill furnish the porch. Full size appliances and washer and dryer. 2 televisions in the master bedroom and living room have Hargray cable live tv and high-speed wireless internet throughout the home.



The View:

Short walk from the property to the beach with a pool a few steps away from the back patio. After a fun day at the beach enjoy your favorite beverage in the backyard while grilling dinner. Enjoy the beautiful beaches of Fripp Island and everything that the Lowcountry has to offer! Hunting Island State Park and Historic Beaufort are just a short distance from this island home as well.





During your stay, take advantage of the included 4-seat golf cart, your ticket to exploring all that Fripp Island has to offer. Whether you're heading to the beach, exploring the island's unique amenities, or simply cruising around to take in the natural scenic beauty, the golf cart provides a convenient and leisurely mode of transportation.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
