The Space:

446 Tarpon is a dazzling ocean front home located on the south end of Fripp Island. This 4-bedroom, 4-bath home is perfect for visitors that are interested in taking advantage of Fripp's gorgeous beach. Centrally located, just a short golf cart ride away from Island Bites, the Beach Club, Sandbar, Olympic size pool, Ocean Marina, Bonito Boathouse and much more. The large back wraparound deck was rebuilt in 2026 and provides a private boardwalk that leads directly to the beach. 446 Tarpon comfortably accommodates up to 12 people.



With a newly remodeled bathroom and wraparound deck, 446 Tarpon is a lovely beachfront home perfect for enjoying all Fripp Island has to offer. There are 2 bedrooms located on the 1st floor, the primary has a king bed, and the guest bedroom has 2 queen beds. The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms with an identical bed setup as the 1st floor. All 4 bedrooms have their own private en suite full bathrooms. The queen bedrooms have a tub/shower combo, while the king bedrooms have a shower. New carpet upstairs updated in 2025! The kitchen, living and dining room offer a wide-open great room that allows plenty of space and room to breathe. The kitchen has granite countertops and an island, with a 2nd sink and an undercounter icemaker. The great room has a 180-degree view of the ocean and beach that will take your breath away.



Features of this home include a gas grill, gourmet kitchen. standalone icemaker and loft area with access to the bedroom's balcony. 6 TVs with Amazon Firesticks and high-speed WIFI allow you to access your favorite streaming apps with ease. YouTube TV is also provided with the home, allowing access to quality live tv comparable to cable. The large deck wraps around the home and was rebuilt in 2026 and furnished with new furniture. With plenty of room to socialize, the deck leads down to a private boardwalk allowing you to easily access the beach. The laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer is located on the 1st floor. The carport has a patio area with a propane grill, and 2 outdoor showers for easy beach cleanup. There is room to park 2 cars in the carport and room for 4 more cars/golf carts in the driveway.



The View:

Each bedroom offers a deck with a great view of the ocean and beach. The back of the home has a panoramic view of the ocean through the large windows and sliding glass doors, truly surrounding you with the ocean. One of the best views on the island!





Guest Cards Included:

Also included in your rental are up to 12 guest cards. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.



Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
