Step inside to a well-equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, an eat-in table for four, and lovely courtyard and ocean views that make even meal prep a pleasure. Just beyond the kitchen is a dining area with seating for six, along with a convenient half bath on the main level. The comfortable living room opens to a private deck overlooking the pool, with additional ocean views creating a relaxing backdrop for your stay.



The primary bedroom is located on the main level and features a king bed and a spacious en suite bathroom with double sinks and both a soaking tub and separate shower options.



Upstairs, a cozy landing offers a convenient coffee bar with seating, perfectly placed between the two bedrooms on this level. One bedroom is a fun and functional bunk room with two twin-over-full bunks, while the other features a king bed and a charming window seat. These bedrooms share a hall bath with a tub/shower combination. A full laundry room completes the upper level, adding convenience.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
