We were not pleased to find that there were no pots or pans to cook. We bought groceries but had no way to cook the food we had. No eggs and pancakes in the morning as we were looking forward to having. We loved the room that we had except not enough seating in the living room. All n all was very nice stay.

We have been coming to Fripp for over 35 years. Always a great time! Usually book through resort, communication was a bit confusing as VRBO asksed me to contact resort when I emailed questions, not a big deal. Layout of house, especially if you have mixed ages, is fantastic. Needs a new stove as we are stay in and cook people. Would stay there again, perfect location on the island.

Very nice place

The property was exactly as described. There were a few glitches; the drains in all of the bathrooms were very slow, In the sinks and in the tubs. The back door in the kitchen did not lock, but the screen door did. The outlets in the bathrooms did not work. One of the blow dryers works very poorly, cuts on and off, and sounds like a jet landing. Other than that, it was a wonderful property. It was very nice. 10 of us could stay there very easily in all of the bedrooms on the main floor. We didn’t have to use the upstairs bedroom. It’s a perfect location across the street from the water. We saw deer, alligators, And lots of birds. Wonderful restaurants on the property. And we spent the day traveling into Beaufort, one of the days. Thank you very much!

Overall property was great!!! Only complaint is that they say house sleeps 29 people which is true if everyone there is a couple and shares the king size beds. If everyone is single then you will be short of sleeping space. It was all guys on my trip so we had to sleep in same bed or make pallets on the floor which some guys did.
