Welcome to 715 Winter Trout, a stunning oceanfront retreat on the serene shores of Fripp Island. With 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces, this beautifully updated home is designed for relaxation, gathering, and soaking in the coastal beauty.

Step inside a modern kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, including a side-by-side refrigerator, double wall ovens, wine cooler and ample counter space. An adjacent cozy sitting area invites you to linger over your morning coffee, while the spacious dining area seats 10, with additional barstool seating at the kitchen counter—perfect for casual meals or evening entertaining.

The main living room opens to a large ocean-facing deck, framed by lush scrub palms and offering unobstructed Atlantic views—the perfect setting for morning sunrises or evening stargazing. A propane grill is located on this deck for easy access to the kitchen. Down the main hallway, you'll find three bedrooms:

The primary oceanside suite features a king bed, a private ocean view deck, and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower and double sinks for a true spa-like experience. Two streetside queen bedrooms share a full hall bath with a tub/shower combo.

The lower level offers even more space to spread out, with a fourth bedroom (two twin beds), a third full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and three separate living areas, including:

A large family room with a sectional full sleeper sofa, TV, bar area, and sliding doors to a ground-level deck and a cozy sitting area between the laundry room. A glassed-in Carolina room featuring additional lounge seating and a six-person dining table. Two queen sleeper sofas in this area are available for your use.

Other highlights include a laundry room, an outdoor shower under the front steps and parking for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway, making it easy to accommodate guests or larger groups. A 6-seater golf cart in the garage is included with your rental, provided by the owner for your use. This home will accept up to 2 dogs with a fee. Please contact Guest Services for more information. There are 6 Roku Smart TVs in the property. 3 in the bedrooms upstairs, 2 in both living rooms, and one in the Carolina Room. This home is currently streaming only, with high-speed wireless internet throughout the home. Keurig and Drip Coffee Maker included in the kitchen.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
