A cruise experience

Perfect view from the balcony and two of the bedromms. The set up of the mater bed room is perfect. When you sit at the lounge chair by the large scenery window, you feel you are on a cruise ship in the middle of the ocean. The owner, Karen and Joe, and the property manager responded quickly with helpful information.

great location, superb unit

ocean front unit, well design and well decorated. Three bedrooms, each with a king bed and one also has two twins as bunk bed, thus sleeps eight in rooms. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, and there is a fourth bathroom for the dining /linving room area.

Perfect Island Stay

New Haven Court, a beautiful scenic property. The views of the ocean, the perfect amenities made for a special trip for our Marine graduation. The owners were so nice and so easy to work with. The sitting area off the kitchen was an added treat. The number of TV’s made our Grabdchildren happy. Thank you all so much.

Perfect Getaway!!

Our group of 6 adults loved this condo! We had plenty of room and you absolutely couldn’t beat the view. We watched dolphins every day from the balcony/deck. We did have an unexpected problem when the hot water heater went out in the condo but the owners quickly contacted the property manager & they made arrangements for us to shower nearby at a vacant condo and the plumber was on site the next morning to replace the hot water heater. Communication with the owners/property manager was great! We loved our vacation & would stay here again! It’s beautiful!!

Just What the Doctor Ordered!

Life was spinning and calendars were jammed packed, even moreso than when we booked in October. This December get-a-away was SOOOO good for so many reasons. Karen and Joe (owners) were simply amazing hosts who communicate like functional family. They are kind, endearing, and truly want you to enjoy their place. Their little piece of heaven on earth was just what was needed to refocus and reset! Plenty of clean rooms, great kitchen (fully stocked with all the essentials), loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom and the views ... the views were medicinal! Sunrises in the morning and moon beams on the water at night. Sunsets were just a quick walk out the front door and down to the beach. It was a vacation that served the senses and rejuvenated the soul thanks to this "home"!

Amazing oceanfront views!

What a way to start the day watching the beautiful sunrise from your bed! Nicely updated home with plenty of room for the family. Impeccably clean with a roomy kitchen which had everything we needed. We stayed over the Thanksgiving weekend so would definitely like to return during the warmer season to enjoy this wonderful condo!

Property itself was wonderful - comfortable, clean and spacious. The view from the balcony and 2 of the bedrooms were priceless with amazing sunrises. We did see a couple of dolphins, albeit briefly. Our only disappointment is not realizing the neighborhood pool was accessed by amenity card only and feeling the beach access was misrepresented. Though there is beach access very close to the unit, the proximity of the rocks to the tide like means that sandy beach was only exposed for a very short time. This resulted in our first beach day cut short in half. We were prepared and were able to get a full beach day on day 2 by accessing the beach using a further dock (at least 3 or higher is needed for optimal beach access). Karen was wonderful at communicating. All in all a lovely stay with the minor hiccup about beach access.

Great beach and pool access

Our experience was great. Owner was very responsive. Unit clean. It was nice 2 have the 2 separate living rooms so kids could use one within sight of kitchen and with adults using the other. Great views from all rooms. Would definitely rent again. If I would have to come up with a negative it would be the steps to the unit. The views make up for the steps

Over 40 years vacationing at Fripp, this confo was wonderful!

Beautiful renovated condo in New Haven with amazing views, large rooms, comfortable beds, and great a space for 5 adults, 2 toddlers and an 8 year old. We really just loved the decor and room sizes, second roomy den, plus a great, well equipped kitchen…fantastic! Owners were very helpful and always communicated quickly and did everything they could to ensure we we’re comfortable and enjoyed our visit.

WONDERFUL VACATION EXPERIENCE!!!

We've been to Fripp many times and I have to say this is our favorite place to date. The owners are AMAZING and have created a place anyone would be proud to stay in. The condo was very clean, well maintained, and nicely decorated. We loved the kitchen/den combo. It allowed us to prepare meals while others sat near us, played games, etc. - we could all be in one location. The living room is spacious and inviting with a nice large television if you choose to indulge. All the bedrooms had televisions as well. The master on the main floor was very roomy as was the en-suite bathroom there. The dining room table is nice and large so the 7 of us could sit around it very comfortably for breakfast and dinner as well as play games at night without bumping elbows. The view of the ocean is amazing and the condo is extremely close to the pool, Ocean Point golf course, and just a short ride to the beach accesses. Karen (and Joe) the owners were fantastic to work with. Karen was especially quick to respond to questions and help us with anything we needed - better than any prior owners we have encountered so far. You won't find nicer, caring folks. Please consider renting 634 New Haven. It was truly a wonderful experience for me and my family and I'm sure it will be for you too. We will go back there without hesitation.

Waterfront Paradise

Okay let me say this unit is the best place I have stayed the last three times at this condominium complex on Fripp Island. It sits almost at the front corner of the tip of island. You can see water from den and kitchen and the second den. Yes there are two dens that allow for families to have space. You feel like you are on a cruise ship because you literally are that close to the water. There is plenty of space at the dining room table. I took my elderly parents and they took the main floor master bedroom and my husband I took the guest room upstairs that was wonderful. Great view and very nice bathroom. All the bathrooms have been updated. Don’t get hung up on size. You don’t spend time in your bathroom. It’s big enough and very nice!! Plus the master bath is BIG. My two 20 something daughters took the other bedroom upstairs which is large. It had a king bed and a set of bunk beds. They loved it. All bedroom have a king bed. And all bedrooms have wonderful closets. Back to the kitchen. It has an ice maker machine separate from the refrigerator. It is amazing. We used it all week. Loved having it. There are large big screen TVs in every bedroom and both dens. Last but not least. There is an electric fireplace!! It was chilly one evening and we turned on the fire. It was beautiful and such a nice option. You won’t be disappointed with this unit. Plus the owner Karen communicates better than any owner ever. Super nice!! Very responsive.

Excellent condo...beautiful deep water ocean view.

One of the most comfortable, clean, updated condos we've stayed in. The kitchen was beautiful, loved the extra den, and we really enjoyed all the huge flat screens. We had different ages and everyone could relax at the end if the day and watch movies. In fact, this may be the first rental we've stayed in where you didn't need binoculars to see tv from bed! My daughter and I enjoyed sitting at the window in the den off the kitchen and we could chat without interrupting movie watching in living room...great feature for us. First trip go Fripp and we loved everything about it...great vacation!
