Lagoon is a great option for those looking to vacation in Summit County inexpensively. Built in 1982, Lagoon sits close to the shores of Lake Dillon in Frisco and includes clubhouse access complete with swimming pool and hot tub. Unit 762B is a well-maintained 3 bedroom plus den/3.5 bath townhome complete with full kitchen, private laundry facilities, wood fireplace, and Wifi. Bedding in the townhome goes King bed in the master and Queen bed in the second bedroom. The ground level has a third bedroom with a Double bed and Double sized futon and a den area with a couch. There is an additional Double sized sofa sleeper in the living area. Unit 762B also includes private garage parking for all of those cold winter nights.

Great location & lots of room

We really liked the location of this condo as well as the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. It was very easy to access skiing at Copper Mountain. The check-in and check-out was easy. The office staff was very responsive when called.

2 families can stay comfortably

Overall this property was amazing. The fishing pond was a great perk and the babbling brook behind the property was a nice bonus. The furnishings made for a perfect mountain stay. The pool, gym and tennis courts were a short walk away from the condo. The third bedroom and extra seating area were nice but separated by the garage so it does make it difficult to put children in that space alone. However, easy access to the highway and other mountain towns make this property a great stay!

Great location, unit was very open for the multiple families.

The unit was great for the 3 families sharing! Our family of 6 had a nice space to ourselves in the basement floor. The other 2 couples could escape to the top floor to rest when needed. The very open main floor allowed the 10 of us to spread out on the couch and chill. My only suggestion would be for the company to keep track of all the stuff left in the units. There were tons of spices and cooking equipment that could have saved us from packing and traveling with so much stuff from Michigan. When I asked about it they really had no idea what was available.

The condo was really nice

The condo itself was really nice downstairs is like it's own little apartment. The only issue we had was connecting to their wifi. The hot tub is a little ways away.
