Easy access to all of Summit County by car or free public transit. Less than a five minute walk to the bike path on Lake Dillon, approximately 1.6 miles on path to Frisco and approximately 5 miles on the path to get to Dillon. Approximately a 30 minute drive or less to multiple ski resorts.

All new appliances with a well appointed kitchen for when you feel like dining in with family and friends New grill on deck for "surf and turf" nights. Head to your personal hot tub after a day of mountaineering and end it with your favorite beverage by the fireplace. All the comforts of home and more.

Main floor bedroom has queen bed and your own personal flat screen, right next to your full bath. Elevated trundle bed is stored under for your added convenience.

Upstairs loft master has king bed and master suite is equipped with jetted spa tub and large shower. Double vanities provide plenty of room for beginning your day.

The third sleeping area is a studio space right off of master suite with a twin daybed and raised trundle pullout underneath. Views to the south and east are some of the best in the area.

A portable pack and play with a changing table and high chair are available for the little ones so you won't have pack more than you need.

Three flat screens all have Xfinity for catching the big game or your favorite show and free high speed WiFi is available throughout.

Choices up here for outside fun are unlimited and for those times you are at the condo you will appreciate the comfort of the space and the amenities that allow you to relax and refresh. We have enjoyed Summit County for years and are happy to share some of our favorite streams, trails, bike paths, slopes, restaurants and shopping with our welcome guide upon receiving your reservation. While we are in a very safe and secure area, we also have a Ring doorbell, and garage cameras as added security for both our guests and our property. There are no cameras inside of our home, yet we choose to be able to verify if guests damage something on or in our garage as well as if they have additional guests over our limit. Our goal is to have a place that is comfortable, clean and welcoming at all times. We know there is occasional breakage of a dish or glass, or even the times where we might be able to help with a question from a distance.
