We want every guest to enjoy a comfortable, safe, and memorable stay. Please review our house rules before arrival:

👥 General Rules

Primary renter must be 25+ years old.

Maximum occupancy: 8 guests.

No parties, events, or large gatherings.

Please respect the quiet residential community.

🚭 No Smoking or Vaping

Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home or on balconies.

A violation will result in additional cleaning fees.

🐶 No Pets

This property is NOT pet-friendly.

Bringing an unauthorized pet will result in fines and immediate removal from the property.

🚗 Parking Rules

Private two-car garage (vehicle size dependent; garage height 88” x 16”).

One additional first-come, first-served visitor space available on-site.

Handicap parking available with a valid permit.

Please do not block neighboring garages or roadways.

🛎 Elevator Use

The private elevator is for guest convenience—please use responsibly.

Children must be supervised when using the elevator.

🔇 Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are 10 PM – 7 AM.

Please keep hot tub use, music, and voices low during these times.

🧼 Hot Tub Rules

Shower before entering the hot tub.

No glass near the hot tub—plastic cups only.

Replace the cover after use.

Do not adjust chemical levels.

🔥 Fire Safety

No outdoor fires of any kind permitted.

Indoor gas fireplace should never be left unattended.

Make sure fireplace is fully off before leaving or going to bed.

♻ Trash & Cleanliness

Please dispose of trash in designated bins.

Avoid leaving food outside—wildlife activity is common.

A starter supply of toiletries is provided; additional supplies are the guest’s responsibility.

💻 Internet & Streaming

All TVs are smart TVs only (no cable).

Guests may log in to Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, etc.

Please remember to log out before departure.
