The fully equipped kitchen offers a ceramic hob, a coffee machine as well as a pod coffee machine and of course a dishwasher and kettle to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The carefully selected appliances underline our endeavour to offer you a comfortable and practical living space.
The outdoor area invites you to linger and enjoy. You have the choice between relaxing on the terrace or balcony and lingering in the well-tended garden, which is for communal use. Several seating areas offer space for cosy hours outdoors. The availability of eight parking spaces underlines the thoughtful design of our property, which was once a small farm with a roofing business and has been lovingly renovated to offer our guests an incomparable holiday experience.
Adventurous guests will appreciate the location of our flat. Just 3 km away is the centre of Fritzlar, with grocery shops and local amenities to meet your daily needs. The lush meadows, hills and the nearby "Oberstes Holz" forest are ideal for long walks.
