This comfortable holiday home is situated on an attractive, sunny prospective plot at the Trondheim fjord, about 30 km south of Levanger. This includes a child-friendly, large wooden terrace with stunning fjord views! A great holiday destination, also for guests who value comfort and facilities. Favorable starting point for day trips by car to Trondheim. The holiday home was built in 2015 and is tastefully furnished. It has a large kitchen / living area for family living as well as a modern bathroom and a convenient guest toilet. The house also has 2 bedrooms, one with a 180 cm wide, the second with a 150 cm wide double bed and both with good sleeping comfort. In a smaller annex, right next to the entrance, there are three more sleeping places, including a double sofa bed. The floor to ceiling windows in the living area provide plenty of natural light and at the same time free the wonderful view to the outside. There is also a woodburning stove, which in addition to the installed heat pump spreads a pleasant heat when needed. TV with Norwegian channels, plus Wi-Fi with capacity for surfing, not for streaming. Bed linen is included. On the terrace is a gas grill ready. Good parking at the house. From the house and terrace you can enjoy wonderful views to the Trondheim fjord, which is only about 100 meters away! On beautiful summer evenings you can sit outside on the terrace or take a dip in the outdoor hot tub while admiring the beautiful sunsets in the west. The house is located in a holiday home area, on a sunny area on the bank slope. The peninsula Frosta invites to wonderful walks with the whole family.
