Great family stay

We had a great stay at the house with family. Kids loved the games and bean bags in the basement, and the outdoor firepit was really nice during the brisk evenings. Host was very helpful and responsive as well. Would definitely come back!

Very clean rental. It wasn’t exactly dog friendly regarding the yard as there isn’t grass, but large rocks. We would rent again if we didn’t have a dog.

The house is beautifully remodeled and was very clean. The host was very accommodating and allowed us an earlier check in to drop our belongings off in order for us to get to our scheduled event on time. Great MTB visit

Fun Stay Before Bike Trip

We stayed at the cyclist retreat on the night before we went on a three day bike trip. It was so clean and comfortable, everything was nice and in order. The pictures were spot on with accuracy. There was even a secure garage to store all of our bikes! Such a lovely stay, I hope we can come back and stay again!

Cozy Cottage

We loved our stay at this adorable house in Fruita. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and they had multiple games for their guests to play. We also enjoyed lounging in the back patio. The location of the house is perfect in walkable distance to downtown Fruita. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place in Fruita!

Nice property in a great location near downton Fruita. Updated throughout and very comfortable! The rear patio is great and the shade is perfect even on a hot afternoon. The garage was a nice space to use for bike assembly and work for the 4 of us.
