Plug your electric vehicle into the Phase II 50 amp Chargeport EV Charging Station in the heated, 3-car garage featuring bike racks and bicycle repair station. Step inside to your private oasis and find a fully equipped Chef's Kitchen with coffee and cocktail stations. Relax and read on the mid-century lounger next to the gas fireplace or recline back and take in a movie on the 65" smart tv with Bluetooth sound system. Challenge your partner to a game of shuffleboard under the neon lit moon. Step outside and take in the fresh air on the expansive patio and cook an epic bbq meal on the 4 burner Weber grill. In this day and age I feel like 5 star reviews are overrated. Like why should an average stay be 5 star? It should only be 3. That’s why I’m more than happy to rate our stay 5 stars cause I was just blown away the entire time I was there by this place. It’s a fantastic house, Chad is super communicative, no detail is over looked and it’s all you could want. We booked because the campgrounds were full but I may not go back to the campgrounds if this place is open. You’ll not regret booking this place! Chad, Thank you for opening your home. We had a great weekend!

Great place to stay. Everything was very clean. My dog loved the fenced in yard. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The location of the house was convenient and close to all the attractions in Fruita, Grand Junction and surrounding area. Enjoyed our stay very much. I would highly recommend this place. The host was very helpful and communicated right away. Definitely 5 stars.
