Step inside to your private oasis and find a fully equipped Chef's Kitchen with coffee and cocktail stations. Relax and read on the mid-century lounger next to the gas fireplace or recline back and take in a movie on the 65" smart tv with Bluetooth sound system. Challenge your partner to a game of shuffleboard under the neon lit moon. Step outside and take in the fresh air on the expansive patio and cook an epic bbq meal on the 4 burner Weber grill. Great Fruita getaway

This is a great property. The location is in a nice neighborhood but close to downtown Fruita and all the western slope trails. This is one of the nicest houses that I have rented during any of my trips. We definitely would recommend this rental.

California and Iowa meet in Colorado

We spent a fantastic weekend in Fruita meeting sort of in the middle between California and Iowa. The home was well organized and we felt so welcome. We will stay here again.
