Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (perfect for working remotely and video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, and air conditioning.



Outside, a wooden terrace with garden furniture, sun umbrella, loungers, and a garden invite you to unwind and enjoy the outdoors.



This is a great base for excursions: 5 km to Weißenstein castle ruins, 18 km to Luisenburg with its famous rock labyrinth. Numerous cycling and hiking trails, a swimming lake, cross-country ski trails, shopping, and public transport are nearby.



Additional features: two private parking spaces on the property, an EV charging station (available for an extra fee), storage for bikes and motorcycles, laundry room on request, and homemade products from the house.
