Summary:

Welcome to this newly built apartment in the heart of Fuengirola, just a stone's throw from the 8km long beach, the historic Tapas Square with some of the city's best restaurants, Miramar shopping center and much more.



The area around the apartment is called Fuengirola "Old Town" and is one of the city's most charming areas with alleys and squares with lovely bodegas and Spanish restaurants.



When you step into the apartment, you are greeted by a newly built apartment of the highest quality with a chic touch. You have a fully equipped kitchen with a kettle, coffee maker, and everything you need to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner on holiday. Further in, you have a dining table, a sofa bed and a large Smart TV. To the right, you have a bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with a large and comfortable double bed, and the second bedroom has a bunkbed and a second bathroom with a shower.



The apartment is also fully equipped with A / C in each room, WIFI via fiber optics, a washing machine, and much more.



The Space:

The cleaning fee includes one set of bed linen and towels per person.



To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!

The apartment is located in Fuengirola’s Old Town, one of the city's most charming areas, filled with picturesque alleys and lively squares. Just around the corner, you'll find fantastic restaurants. A short walk away, Bioparc Fuengirola, a popular zoo, offers a great experience for visitors of all ages.



The location is incredibly convenient—the train station is less than a 10-minute walk, making it easy to explore the region, and the nearest grocery store is just 50 meters down the street. The beach is only 100 meters from the front door, where you can either relax on a sunbed with full service or lie a towel under a palm tree and soak up the sun.

The C-1 Cercanías line runs frequently east toward Málaga & Málaga Airport and west to other Costa del Sol towns — great for day trips without a car.
