Welcome to this gem right in the heart of Los Boliches with some of the city's best restaurants just outside the door. Los Boliche's beach is only 120m from the apartment and has been named one of the best beaches on the coast in terms of sand quality and service with a wonderful selection of beach restaurants and toilets, shops and bars. When you step into the apartment you will be met by a social planning solution where the fully equipped kitchen is to the left with new fridge and freezer, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, stove and oven and much more. You have a dining area for 4 as well as a spacious living room with a sofa bed and large Smart TV as well as a classic French balcony overlooking Calle Fransisco Cano outside.
The bedroom consists of a comfortable double bed and there is a total of 4 sleeping places in the apartment.
The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with A / C in all rooms, WIFI, washing machine, coffee maker and much more.
The cleaning fee includes a set of bed linen and towels per person as well as a starter kit with hand soap, toilet paper and shower gel. Baby Package €39: including cot and high chair, on request and subject to availability. The courtesy set is provided only for the beginning and not for the entire stay..
