The community swimming pool is found approx. 100 meters from the apartment building, and includes both a large swimming pool and a children's pool. The green garden areas are nicely maintained and the area looks lovely. The N340 coastal road passes between the resident area and the Mediterranean, but through the tunnel under the station, you can quickly and safely get to the beach, restaurants and shops.
