Beautifully holiday apartment with swimming pool and children's pool in Fuengirola (Carvajal).



Don Juan is a beautiful and newly built residence in a quiet area of Fuengirola, Carvajal. The apartment is within walking distance to the Costa del Sol's magnificent beaches, restaurants and shopping. The train station Carvajal is just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment, and can in a short time bring you to popular areas such as; center of Fuengirola, Malaga airport, Torremolinos, Benalmadena, etc.



The apartment has marble floors and it beautiful furnished. The apartment contains a nice living room with TV, comfortable sofa area, dining area for 6 people and fiber internet access. Well-equipped and practical kitchen with ceramic hob, oven and washing machine.



There are two beautiful bedrooms in the apartment, both with 2 sleeps and wardrobe. The Master-bedrooms has a bath en-suite.



The southwest-facing terrace is nicely furnished with quality table, chairs and 2 sunbeds. From the terrace you have a magnificent view of the Mediterranean.



The community swimming pool is found approx. 100 meters from the apartment building, and includes both a large swimming pool and a children's pool. The green garden areas are nicely maintained and the area looks lovely.



The N340 coastal road passes between the resident area and the Mediterranean, but through the tunnel under the station, you can quickly and safely get to the beach, restaurants and shops.



An absolutely lovely apartment with a beautiful décor.



Please notice: short distance to the beach and grocery store, but as the apartment is placed 'up-hill' its not recommended for walking impared people.
