Incredible new build apartment located in the most prestigious new construction urbanisation on the Costa del Sol: Higuerón West! Living in this apartment is a luxury experience with all the amenities you could wish for, new furniture.

The apartment consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large open-plan kitchen concept with dining area and living room. The living room opens onto a large terrace with the feeling that the two spaces integrate into one large space. You'll love it! From the terrace you have a nice view of the communal pool area. Pool opening periods may change from year to year, so please ask if the pools are open before booking. The pools will open from 1 June 2024, although we do not know the closing date.



The Higuerón West complex offers beautiful green areas within a secure urbanisation. The atmosphere is exclusive and relaxed, perfect for your holidays. Additionally, you have the option to book at the incredible sports club located right next door or reserve a treatment at the charming spa connected to the Hilton hotel. (The Spa will remain closed during the summer season). In the same complex you will also find several delicious restaurants.



The El Higuerón area is one of the most popular on the coast. Just down the hill, two kilometres away, you have the long Fuengirola seafront promenade, full of bars, restaurants, shops and, of course, an incredible sandy beach. In the same area, called Carvajal, you will also find popular restaurants and beach bars such as Trocadero, Gecko Beach Shack and La Cubana. You will feel the vibrations of summer! It should not be forgotten that Carvajal train station is less than 2 km away and offers you very easy access to both the airport and the shopping centre and, no less importantly, to the centre of Málaga city.

Accumulation of rubbish within the accommodation. It is the guest's responsibility to dispose of rubbish in the street containers indicated in the guide before departure.
