ur stunning duplex in front beach Holidays2Fuengirola Duplex with 3 bedrooms front beach apartment is located in the center of Fuengirola at the promenade on the 8th floor with a stunning sea view just 200m from the port. Car is not necessary as you can walk to restaurants, the beach, the shopping center Miramar (1500m) other shops and supermarket in the surroundings. Train station is 700m from the holiday home if you want to visit Malaga, Torremolinos, the Plaza Mayor shopping center or if you arrive/departure by plane.
The apartment is a duplex. The elevator brings you to the 7th floor and stairs up to floor 8. It has capacity for 6 guests with 6 single beds, 2 bathrooms, one with shower and the other one with bathtub/shower. The first floor of the apartment offers a terrace with sea view, table and chairs. On this floor there are 2 bedrooms, living room with the kitchen which is fully equipped, a small room where the wash machine is and a small terrace to hang the clothes. On this floor is the bathroom with shower located. One of the single beds has the other bed under.
On the floor above, where you go up by stairs, there is a bedroom, another terrace with sea view and the other bathroom which is inside the bedroom (in suite)
All terraces are for private use.
The property is provided with microwave, oven, wash machine, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, etc. Aircon, WiFi, 2 TV (one is Smart TV) are also provided.
Pets are accepted (Max. 7kgs). You must pay € 30 per booking. Ask us about our nice Pet KitRules: Pets are not allowed to use beds, sofa, etc. Please don´t leave your pet alone in the holiday home and also try to avoid noice.
